How long does a team headshot session take?
For teams under 25 people, a session usually wraps in half a day or less. Teams larger than that are typically scheduled for a full day on-site, or we can add an additional photography setup running in parallel to photograph everyone faster.
How quickly do we receive the final team headshots?
Final, retouched team headshots are delivered within 2 business days of the shoot. Each team member receives their own private gallery, and a master gallery is delivered to your designated point of contact.
Do employees get a consistent, on-brand look across all headshots?
Yes. We plan lighting, background, and styling before the shoot day so every employee’s headshot matches in tone and quality, whether they’re photographed first thing in the morning or at the end of the session.
Do you provide raw, unedited images along with the final photos?
No. Raw and unedited files are not provided under any circumstances — only final, professionally edited images are delivered. This keeps the delivered set consistent and eliminates the need for clients to sort through unfinished images.
What licensing rights come with corporate headshots?
Standard commercial licensing is included with every project, covering typical business use across websites, LinkedIn, internal directories, marketing materials, and press. A copyright buyout for complete ownership is available on request with a custom quote.
Can you handle mid-to-large companies with 100+ employees?
Yes. Larger teams are scheduled as full-day or multi-day sessions, and we can bring in additional photography setups running in parallel to cover very large teams efficiently. Past clients include JPMorgan Chase and Integrity Bank.
Is there a guaranteed number of photos per person?
For team sessions, each person receives one professionally retouched, high-resolution image as standard, with additional retouched images available for $75 each. For custom commercial or branding projects, deliverables are scoped individually based on the project’s actual use case rather than a fixed package.

The Headshot Event Experience is DNB Productions’ on-site headshot service for conferences, trade shows, and corporate events in Houston. We bring a mobile studio setup and operate continuously through your event’s coverage window, giving attendees professional headshots on-site.
How many attendees can you photograph at an event?
We operate on a flow-of-event basis throughout the scheduled coverage window and make every effort to photograph all attendees who come through. At very high-volume events, we can’t guarantee every single attendee is photographed within a fixed window, but an additional headshot station can be added to increase capacity.
Do attendees get their photos same-day?
Proof galleries are delivered within 1–2 business days as standard. Instant on-site proof delivery is available as an add-on for clients who want attendees to see and select images the same day.
Is retouching included for event headshots?
Standard editing — color correction, cropping, exposure adjustments — is included for every event headshot. Enhanced retouching (blemish removal, skin smoothing, etc.) is available as an add-on if you want every attendee to receive a fully retouched image.
Is the Headshot Event Experience useful for lead generation?
Yes. Because attendees typically provide contact information to receive their photos, the Headshot Event Experience doubles as a structured lead-capture tool for event organizers and sponsors, in addition to being a high-value attendee amenity.
