Who We Are DNB Productions Team
DNB Productions is a Houston-based commercial photography company built on one principle: images should work as hard as the businesses they represent. Founded in 1997, we specialize in corporate headshots, team photography, event headshot booths, and commercial photography for mid-to-large businesses across Houston and the surrounding metro.
We are not a generalist studio. Every service we offer is designed to help companies communicate credibility, attract clients, and build teams that look like the professionals they are.
Douglas N. Burns
Founder & Lead Photographer
Douglas N. Burns has spent nearly three decades behind the lens on assignments that most photographers never get close to.
His broadcast and editorial credits include productions for National Geographic TV, ESPN, Fox News, and CNN — work that required operating at a professional level in high-pressure environments where there is no room for error and no second chance at the shot. On the portrait side, Douglas has photographed notable figures including Dr. Phil McGraw, NBA legend Yao Ming, boxing champion George Foreman, and Houston sports icon Craig Biggio.
That background matters in a corporate context. When you hire DNB Productions, you are working with a photographer who has been trusted by major media networks and household names — and who brings that same standard of preparation, precision, and professionalism to every headshot session and commercial assignment.
On the corporate client side, DNB Productions has delivered photography for companies including JPMorgan Chase, itx.bank, and LiquidPower Technologies — organizations where brand standards are non-negotiable and the images need to hold up across boardrooms, websites, and national campaigns.

Our Approach
Most photography problems are logistics problems. A headshot session for a team of 40 people fails not because of the camera — it fails because no one managed the schedule, the lighting setup took too long, or half the employees showed up in the wrong attire.
We solve for that before we ever arrive on site. Every engagement starts with a pre-shoot consultation to align on look, logistics, and expectations. We handle the scheduling framework, the on-site flow, and the post-production delivery. You get back consistent, professional images without the operational headache.
For individual clients, the same discipline applies. A 30-minute session is enough time to get great results when the setup is tight and the direction is clear. We don’t waste your time.
