HEADSHOT BOOTH PRICING
STEP 1 - SELECT YOUR COVERAGE
Determine your coverage needs based on your event schedule and the number of individuals requiring headshots. Each station can efficiently accommodate up to 20 people per hour. Headshot stations are booked on a half day (up to four hours) or full day (up to eight hours) basis.

Half day (up to 4 hours) or whole day (4-8 hours) of headshot station coverage. The headshot station includes: All images in high resolution, file organization (renaming files to the person in the photo). a standard commercial usage license, a lead list of all people photographed and their contact info in Excel or CSV format, and individual model releases for all photographed. Headshots can be delivered to each individual person in private galleries and/or as a complete gallery of images based on your needs.

Our team facilitates on-site selection, guiding each participant in choosing their favorite image right after their session. This guarantees that every individual receives a headshot they adore, delivered individually in private galleries and to the company. Additionally, selected images can undergo retouching for an additional fee.
